Yes, thats me over there, not the small cute one, thats one of my little pixies, she is quite nifty with a camera though I think she's a wee bit small to be booked for weddings. 

I'm Mandy, a photographer who lives in Newcastle, mum of 3, wife of 1, owned by 5 cats.  Back when I was nine I got my first camera and fell in love with photography  20 years later  I started to take it a little more seriously and in 2007 my business was officially born, to date I've shot over 60 weddings and more than 400 portrait sessions. 

I shoot weddings, kids, boudoir and have several commercial clients, both in the north and worldwide.

So why do I do the things I do?

Shooting Weddings -  I'm a die hard romantic and have been known to cry behind my camera at weddings, I love capturing people in love and I also understand that most of us started planning our weddings when we were 3 years old.

Shooting Kids -  I adore kids and have bagfuls of patience, I even teach 7-11 year olds photography!  I am slightly barmy at times and I think thats why I get great photographs of kids, I think if you can get the kids to trust you and laugh you're not doing a bad job!

Shooting Boudoir - I believe that every woman is a goddess and should celebrate that fact, as I always say, if nothing else do it now and when you're 93 you can shock your great grandchildren.

Oh and when I'm not photographing things you'll often find me at Theme Parks, I became an adrenaline junkie last year and decided that going on such rides as The Nemesis and Air at Alton Towers were fab things to do in my spare time, luckily I got no complaints from the kids!  I also love a good movie and I'm also officially addicted to Lost and Glee.
